About Me

Thank you for visiting my site. There are many photographers out there, I am honored that you are considering me to – capture your joy – through photography. I am so excited to get to know you.

First, a little about me…

Me: I am a wife to my amazing husband and mommy of an equally amazing little man who is 3 going on 18 and sweet baby girl who just turned 1.  I am so blessed to be able to work a flexible schedule and to see them learn and adventure every day.  I grew up in Indiana and learned my value for hard work, honesty, passion, family, and God there.  After college my husband and I migrated to Colorado and luckily the rest of our families followed.  We are very close to them and are so lucky to be able to live in the same city as all of our immediate family.  We love Colorado and spend as much of our time as possible in the wonder that is all around us- hiking, camping, exploring, or working on our own little piece of grass right at home.

Work: I have a bachelors in Interior Design and a bachelors in communication from Purdue University.  If I could have somebody to fund more- I’m pretty sure I would still be there.  I LOVE learning, about all subjects- it’s how I understand the world and the people in it.  Photography has been a love and hobby for as long as I can remember.  After my husband and I moved to Colorado we did a lot of hiking and nature photography.  After I had my son in August 2013- my love for portrait photography and capturing the joy of moments in time became more obvious.  I am so excited to be able to capture these memories for others.

Style: I want to capture the essence and joy in you and your loved ones.  I shoot mostly photojournalist in style but am always branching out and trying out new things- so if you have something in mind that you LOVE- let’s try it! My favorites are the- in between- moments that I can capture when you are laughing together or goofing off while we reset in a new area.  Those are where personality and happiness truly shine and my goal is to capture those moments for you to remember for a lifetime.
